About us
No student should choose their future in the dark.
Naseeb Mind is a free career and personality test for students aged 13-18, in their own language. Six short tests help a student understand themselves and choose the next step on their own.

See all tenWhy we started
Many teenagers choose a university direction with no structured information about themselves.
The advice they usually get:
- a relative's opinion,
- or a translated quiz that names a job and calls it destiny.
Naseeb Mind is the alternative: six focused tests, no fee, and a result that opens options instead of closing them.
How it grew
From one test to a whole path
Naseeb Mind began in summer 2026 as a single personality test and grew step by step.
July 2026
The first test
A 50-question personality test based on the Big Five. The result was one of ten archetypes, not a set of numbers.
July 2026
Three languages
The site and test opened in Uzbek, Russian and English, with a downloadable guide for each archetype.
August 2026
Interests and values
Work began on the interests (Holland RIASEC) and work-values tests, and on a library of careers and majors across 16 fields.
September 2026
Six tests
A reasoning test was added. Each of the six tests now gives its own result, and answers are saved to an account.
September 2026
From test to plan
Next steps arrived after the results: matching directions, university comparison and a personal Roadmap.
October 2026
Students' words
The first reviews from students who took the tests were published on the site.

Our rules
These rules aren't style preferences. They're in the code.
They are why the tool can be handed to a fifteen-year-old.
Personality never blocks a career
In career matching, interests carry 50% of the weight and personality just 8%. A quiet student still sees entrepreneur; a creative one still sees software engineer.
No fake precision
Fit is put in words: “Good fit”, “Worth exploring” or “Alternative direction”. Never “87% suitable”, a number that looks exact and is not.
A snapshot, not a label
At 13-18 a person is still changing. A retake can give a different result, and when two archetypes are close, the second is shown too.
Your data is protected
Your result is never made public. The site has no ads and no tracking scripts, and data is never sold. We never ask for a phone number, home address or date of birth. Privacy policy
Works on an old phone
The test is built light, so it runs on old Android phones over school Wi-Fi.
The science
A science-based approach
Naseeb Mind is part of the Naseeb Edu platform. The tests are built on recognised models such as Holland RIASEC and the Big Five, adapted for students in Uzbekistan.
| Model | Test | About |
|---|---|---|
| Big Five | Personality | The most studied model in psychology: five traits, fifty statements. |
| Holland RIASEC | Interests | Six interest types, in the format of the O*NET Interest Profiler. |
| O*NET | What matters most | The U.S. Department of Labor’s work values questionnaire (Work Importance Locator). |
| ICAR-16 | IQ & reasoning | Sixteen reasoning puzzles from an open research project. |
We're open about the limits
A result is guidance, not a diagnosis or a guarantee. The tests have not yet been separately validated with teenagers in Uzbekistan, so treat a result as advice.
For schools and parents: what the test can and can't doIn a student's words
The results were unexpected and useful: I discovered which fields interest me more. I'd recommend others try it too.
Who we are
A Naseeb Edu project
Naseeb Mind is made by Naseeb Edu, an education consulting platform. It was built for the schools Naseeb Edu works with, and it is free for every student who takes it.
